Southern Community Laboratories has provided doctors and patients in New Zealand with pathology services since 1960.  We are proud of our reputation for high quality, and provide a friendly and reliable service across many areas of New Zealand.

We have laboratories based in Dunedin, Christchurch, Invercargill, Queenstown, Clyde, Oamaru, Balclutha, and Gore in the South Island.  In the North Island we have laboratories in Hastings and Taupo with a collection service also available in Hamilton.  We have an extensive regional network of 35 patient collection centres and a team of 20 pathologists.  All our sites use the same computer system and we operate as one integrated practice.

SCL has contracts to provide services with:
